Refund & Performance Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2025

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for the G.O.D. Code Stock Option Plays subscription service ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Performance Guarantee

We offer a 100% Money-Back Performance Guarantee under the following conditions:

If a stock option alert published during your active subscription period fails to reach the target price indicated in the alert, you may request a refund.

Refund requests must be accompanied by documented investment proof showing that the trade was executed according to the alert, but the target was not met within the specified terms.

A successful refund request results in both a full refund and immediate cancellation of your subscription.

2. Refund Limitations

Refunds will only be issued for trades published and executed during the subscriber’s active, paid subscription period.

If a stock option alert is published in a prior subscription period and fails during the current period, it will not qualify for a refund unless the alert was issued during the current active subscription term.

All sales are final. Refunds are only available as outlined under the Performance Guarantee above.

3. Refund Request Process

A. Contact our support team (Contact Form) within 30 days of the option's expiration.

B. Provide verifiable documentation of your trade, including:

Execution date

Strike price and expiration

Broker statement or screenshot

C. Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 10 business days.

4. Non-Performance-Related Refunds

We do not offer refunds for reasons unrelated to performance, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Lack of time to use the service

Perceived value or personal dissatisfaction without proof of performance failure

5. Automatic Renewals

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of your annual billing cycle. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date via the subscription dashboard.
