By purchasing a subscription to G.O.D. Code Stock Option Plays, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Product Description

Your purchase grants you access to the G.O.D. Code Stock Option Plays:

An annual subscription that includes curated stock option alerts.

Alerts are posted on a week to week basis (if there is a signal) to your subscription dashboard.

You will be notified of alert by email (on Mondays or Tuesday after holiday).

Access to the dashboard is instant upon purchase and continues for 12 months unless renewed.

2. License & Usage

You are purchasing a non-transferable, individual license.
You may not:

Share or redistribute alert content.

Publish or resell alerts.

Provide login access to others.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Performance Guarantee & Refund Eligibility

If any stock option alert fails to reach the published target price, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:

The request must be submitted within 30 days of the failed trade's expiration or target miss.

Any refund granted will result in immediate and permanent cancellation of your subscription and access to the dashboard.

You must provide clear proof of your trade and the final investment outcome, showing that the alert failed to reach its target price.

Refunds are limited to the original purchase price and apply only if the specific alert failed as described.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to alerts published during your current subscription term. If an alert was issued during a prior subscription term, it is not eligible for a refund under a subsequent term, even if the failure occurs after renewal.

4. Payment & Billing

You will be charged a one-time annual subscription fee upon initial purchase. This fee may be $7,999, $4,999, or $2,999 depending on the applied discount.

Your subscription is set to automatically renew every 12 months at the same price you paid initially, unless canceled prior to renewal. Your card on file will be charged for the renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription dashboard to prevent renewal.

6. Billing & Renewal

This is an annual recurring subscription.
